WOTM Instructor-Led Training Course
This 2-day hands-on technical training course teaches Fraternal Units how to work within the QuickBooks, LCL.net and Moose Admin programs. This instructor-led class consists of a combination of instructor lecture and demonstration. After learning the “how,” “when,” and “why” behind the necessary QuickBooks, LCL and Admin Menu functions, students will have an opportunity to practice what they have learned as they work through a training database.

In most cases, a small fee will be charged to cover the trainer’s expenses. If overnight lodging is necessary, students are responsible for making their own arrangements and paying for their own accommodations. The cost of overnight accommodations is not the responsibility of the Lodge, Chapter, Moose Legion, Association or Moose International.
WOTM Training SessionCourse Description
These training sessions help ensure an understanding of the rules, regulations and guidelines established by the Women of the Moose for a successful fraternal operation. The six-hour training sessions provide tools to assist the leaders of our chapters in their daily operations. Successful completion of this training helps our chapters qualify for the Award of Achievement and co-workers qualify for personal honors.ObjectivesAudience
This class has been designed for Chapter Officers and potential officers. The course will benefit any member interested in learning more about the Women of the Moose program.Prerequisites
Active membership in the Order.Schedule & Registration
RSVP to the Hostess Chapter and/or Session Leader. Students may attend the session of their choice. Sometimes a session in a bordering state is closer and more convenient. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee unless pre-approved by the Chapter. Lunch is often provided by the Hostess chapter – nominal fee may apply. Students should bring : Officers’ Handbook, Recorder’s Handbook, General Laws book, Meeting Procedures & Agendas, Notepad, Pen/Pencil or laptop/tablet for notes. The Chapter Minutes Book is recommended. $10 course fee per attendee due upon arrival.
