Renewing Annual Dues
Dues renewal notices are mailed to all members’ approximately 60 days prior to the expiration date. Or, for members who opt-in for paperless renewal notices, texts or emails are sent 30 days prior to expiration. Several reminders are sent post expiration.
Ways to Pay
- Directly to Moose International with the renewal coupon and envelope provided in the paper renewal. Please put the Moose Member ID on the memo line of the check.
- By mailing a check, with the Moose Member ID on the memo line of the check, to:

- Pay by credit card using our secure Quick Pay screen.
- Pay by credit/debit card over the phone by calling The Moose Helpdesk at (630) 906-3658.
- Pay by using The Moose Smartphone App. Learn more here on how to download it.
- Pay by creation of a reoccurring annual payment with a credit card. Set up is easy; just log into your My Membership Record and go to “Manage Account”>” Manage Auto Pay”
**Please do not mail checks to the Moose International street address; doing so adds to the processing time.
