Hello all,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. I am saddened to say at the beginning of last month, before the start of our International Convention, we were told of the loss of Past International Moose Legion President Mike Hauf, who died in a plane crash on his way to Oklahoma City. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike’s family and friends. He will be missed.
Gentlemen, as of July 24, we are down 830 active members from the beginning of the year. We need to keep working hard on our arrears lists and getting our new members conferred as soon as possible, either at quarterly celebrations or mini-celebrations, and using a conferral staff or the updated video. Directors – keep working with the jurisdiction secretary on the arrears list.
Again, thank you for all you do, and I hope to see everyone in Norfolk, VA for the International Moose Legion Conference in November.
