Chairman of the Board

A Note from the Chairman of the Board

As my term as Chairman of the Board comes to an end, I want to pause and reflect on the journey we have shared. This moment is not about looking back at the duties I carried out, but about recognizing the people, the places, and the countless acts of service that have made our organization so meaningful. As the Chairman of the Board, I want to “Thank” our lodges, chapters, associations, and, most importantly, our members who brought energy, ideas, and heart to every visit, every event, and every project.

Your hospitality was generous, your conversations candid, and your willingness to share your insights immeasurable. The energy you brought—your questions, your humor, your tireless commitment—made each visit memorable. Your dedication reminded me that leadership is not a pedestal but a partnership, built on mutual respect and a shared belief in service. It is a privilege to have stood with you along the way, and I remain grateful for every moment I had to observe and learn from you.

Over the past five years, our organization has shown remarkable growth. We are closing in on the milestone of one million members, a figure that represents more than a statistic—it reflects trust in our mission, the breadth of our reach, and the power of a network united by service and fellowship. The momentum we have built together stands as a testament to what we can achieve when people come together with a common purpose.

I have also been privileged to witness and participate in countless community service events that have made this journey unforgettable. The friendships formed—some spanning years and others just beginning—will be friendships for life. These memories are not merely pleasant recollections; they are the living evidence that our organization is about helping others with thought, word, and deed.

As my term ends, our mission continues. The upcoming years will bring new challenges, but they will also bring new opportunities to deepen our impact and broaden our reach. I encourage every one of you to remain actively engaged—participate in upcoming projects, invite new members to join, and sustain the partnerships that empower our Lodges, Chapters and Moose Legions to serve with excellence. Let us celebrate the progress we have made, while staying committed to learning, growing, and adapting so that we remain effective stewards of our shared purpose. The road ahead is bright when we walk it together.
