I would like to start by saying those two simple words that go a long way – “Thank You.” Your continued support of the Moose Legion and all the different programs that make the lives of our children at Mooseheart, our seniors at Moosehaven, and those in our communities a little bit easier and brighter makes it all possible. After all, doing some good thing for someone each day really does make a difference that we do not always realize.
My project this year is a new truck for use by the maintenance staff on the Mooseheart campus. This is not just your average pick-up, but an actual heavy-duty work truck to handle the bigger jobs around campus. I have seen a couple of estimates for the cost of this truck, and they come in between $60,000 – $70,000. I personally believe this is about $20,000 low, but I believe that when the dust settles it will all be taken care of.
There is something that you need to know about me: I believe in Mooseheart, I believe in Moosehaven, and I believe in the Moose Legion and all the fine men that make it all happen. I believe in you, my brothers, with all my heart. So, in closing let just say this – “Thank you.”
