How many resorts are there to choose from?

Are there any handicapped-accessible accommodations?


Many of the properties offer handicapped-accessible accommodations. But because needs vary greatly, and each property is different, it is best to contact one of our Vacation Guides before booking at 1-877-STAY-EVR.


Are pets allowed?


No, for the most part, pets are not allowed on property. However, a select few properties do allow pets for an additional fee. Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.


Planning and Reservations Process


Do I have to stay for a full week?


Not any more! We recently added inventory of 1-6 night stays for a number of resorts, based on availability. The only difference is that some resorts require a mandatory housekeeping fee when staying less than 7 nights (This information can be found on the resort detail page under "Resort News"). We will continue to offer 7 night stays for which, as long as you notify the resort in advance, you are usually free to check in or check out at any time during the seven-day period. Keep in mind, however, that you will still be paying for the full week if you check out early.

Finding less than 7 night stays is easy! Simply go about a regular search and if there is short stay availability it will show up within the availability table. If you need help finding a resort or availability, our knowledgeable Vacation Guides are ready to help - simply call them (during normal business hours) at: 1-877-STAY-EVR.

Most of the accommodations are booked in seven-day increments, and you are free to check out at any time during the seven-day period; however, keep in mind that you will still be paying for the full week. For villas from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®) in Italy and France as well as cottages from Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages), you must notify the owner in advance if you will be checking out early.


Do I have to book from weekend to weekend, or can I choose a mid-week day to begin my vacation?


Vacations at most resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday start dates. Check-in for vacation rentals from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®) is Saturday only, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time. If you need to arrange a late check-in please contact the villa owner. For rentals from Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages) Friday and Saturday are the standard start days for most weekly bookings, and check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. local time. Check-out time for properties from both English Country Cottages and Cuendet® is 10:00 a.m. local time. If you will be arriving for a late check-in, please contact the property manager/owner to make arrangements.


When can I get the best availability?


Resorts are in highest demand during school calendar vacation dates. So if you are flexible with your check-in dates, you may be able to book some great off-peak deals. Helpful hint: You may find the best deals/availability at rentals from from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®) October through April.


Is the price shown per person or per unit?


All prices are shown per unit, which means it is the same price for one person up to and including the maximum occupancy of that accommodation. Other charges may apply.


Payment Process


Can I just make a deposit or must I pre-pay for the entire trip?


All vacations must be pre-paid.


Will taxes or other fees be charged to my account at the resort?


Taxes are included in the final price, unless otherwise indicated. Additional fees for housekeeping and other amenities vary by resort and will be assessed upon check-in. For vacation rentals properties from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®) as well as cottages from Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages), a cash deposit (in local currency) is required at check-in, as well as housekeeping fees, if applicable. The deposit will be given back to you at the end of your stay, minus any extra fees, if applicable, as well as any amount necessary to cover any damages that may have been made to the house or the furniture by you or your guests. Vacation rentals from Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages) for the most part, do not require a security deposit. If the property you want to book does require a deposit, it will be mentioned within the property description and your confirmation email. Additionally, you may call our Vacation Guides (during normal business hours) for more information on your specific rental property: 1-877-STAY-EVR.


What are my payment options?


We accept credit cards from most countries, however, prices are always charged in U.S. Dollars.


Holds, Confirmations and Cancellations


Do you offer the option to hold a property?


For the most part we do not offer the option to hold a property. Most of the properties follow our three day cancellation policy whereby you can cancel your reservation up to three calendar days before (CST) your departure date and receive a 100% refund. For more about our refund policies see below.


We allow customers to place a 48 hour hold only on properties from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®).


How do I cancel or confirm a property I have on hold?


Once you place a hold you will receive a hold confirmation email. In there you will find a link to retrieve your hold confirmation and either cancel it or confirm it. If you take no action your hold will automatically cancel 48 hours after it was placed.

How do I check on a reservation?


To check on a reservation you may either call us at: 1-877-STAY-EVR or use our online tool to locate your booking simply by entering your confirmation number.


How do I receive confirmation?


You will receive confirmation via email. Please add: endlessvacationrentals@evrentals.com to your email safe list to safeguard your confirmation email from being marked as spam. Also make sure that you enter the correct email address when booking your accommodations. For vacation rentals from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®), you will receive both a confirmation via email, as well as a rental voucher. Please make sure to print out both documents and bring them with you; you will need them for check-in. For vacation rentals from Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages) you will receive an acknowledgement as well as a final confirmation. The acknowledgement is not a final confirmation but just an acknowledgement of your intended purchase. Within 24 business hours you will receive a confirmation. Please make sure you receive the final confirmation, as this will verify your purchase and also provide directions and other critical information. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you. If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation, please call us at: 1-877-STAY-EVR.


How do I cancel a reservation?


You may cancel your reservation by calling us at: 1-877-782-9387, during normal business hours or by using our online tool. Simply enter your first and last name and confirmation number then follow the instructions. Click here to view/change an existing reservation.


Is there a cancellation fee? What's the refund policy?


For all properties (excluding properties from Cuendet & CIE Spa and Holiday Cottages Group Limited) our cancellation policy is as follows:


*           If a reservation is cancelled three or more calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental amount.

*           If a reservation is cancelled 2 or less calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental amount.

*           No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorized to make any exceptions. For properties from Cuendet & CIE Spa (Cuendet®) and Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages), the cancellation policy is as follows:

*           If a cancellation is received ninety one (91) calendar days (CST) or prior to check-in date, we will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental fee.

*           If a cancellation is received between sixty-one (61) and ninety (90) calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee.

*           If a cancellation is received between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, we will refund twenty five percent (25%) of the total rental fee.

*           If a cancellation is received thirty (30) calendar days (CST) or less prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental fee.

How competitive are your prices compared to standard hotels?


For the cost of a long weekend at a hotel, you or your clients can often stay for a whole week at one of our vacation rentals.


How old do I have to be to book a vacation?


The person booking the travel must be at least 21 years of age or older. The resort or property manager may otherwise refuse access to the reserved accommodation.


Do discount codes work on all properties?


Each discount code reflects a specific promotion and is only applicable to the property and/or time-frame established for that promotion.

The security of all information associated with our registrants is an important concern to us. We exercise care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. Yes. Unless stated otherwise, the information above pertains to all of our properties.


Will I need a car?


The majority of the rental properties in Europe are in the countryside where most public transportation is unavailable. We highly recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay. In addition to sightseeing, you often may need a car just to get to the grocery store. If you are staying in a city, however, you most likely will not need a car.
