Well, it’s Fall y’all, and time for our quarterly Celebrations. I have always enjoyed these, as they are chances to get together with the members of other Lodges that I have gotten to know over the years, as well as opportunities to make some new friends – to spend time with people who share the same aspirations and love for the Fraternity that has become an integral part of our lives. You can exchange ideas that will help you to help your Lodge Moose Legion Committee become even more beneficial to your Lodge, your community, and the Fraternity as a whole, especially Mooseheart and Moosehaven.
I believe that Moose members are some of the luckiest people in the world, as they share so much: their love of God, country, and the largest extended family in the world. So, if you haven’t been to a Celebration in a while, I know times have been tough, but you should treat yourself to a visit with some old friends, make some new friends, and visit with that family you call Moose.
For those that are attending the International Moose Legion Ritual Competition & Conference, the Moose Legion Council is looking forward to seeing you there and is very curious to see what costume you will be wearing for our Halloween Party. I got mine; do you have yours?
