Step 1 – Get Your Pass

This mobile exclusive passport is a collection of curated attractions, retailers, restaurants and more and offering deals and discounts to redeem during your visit.

Step 2 – Receive Text

Your passport will be instantly delivered to your phone via text and email and is ready to use immediately! There is no app to download. Your pass can be saved to your phone’s home screen for easy one-tap access.

Step 3 – Redeem

When visiting a participating business, simply present your phone to the attendant or staff member to redeem available discounts.

Attendees to the International Moose Convention in Cincinnati, OH can now reserve the use of a motorized scooter to help attend meetings and functions throughout the weekend. Scooters rent for $240 for the duration of the meeting (Wednesday – Sunday) and will be available for pick-up and drop-off at the Duke Energy Center. Note: rental charges stay the same regardless of the number of days rented.

There is a limited quantity of scooters available, so advanced reservations are highly recommended; although on-site reservations can be made if scooters do not sell out in advance.

To reserve a scooter for the Convention, contact Gordie Dailey, Activities and Heart of the Community Coordinator, at (630) 966-2214. Advanced registration for scooters ends on Monday, June 28th at 4:30pm CT.

Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Name of registered attendee
  • Moose member ID number
  • Email address of registered attendee
  • Cell phone number where attendee can be reached on-site
  • Hotel where attendee will be staying in Cincinnati
  • Approximate date and time for pick-up and drop-off on-site

On-site, attendees renting scooters should check-in at the Activities and Heart of the Community booth in the 1st floor lobby of the Duke Energy Center. Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover), check, or cash only. Pick-up times: Wednesday, June 30, noon- 6pm; Thursday, July 1, 8am-5pm; Friday, July 2, 8am-5pm. Drop-off times will be provided on-site when you pick up the scooter. The last drop-off will occur following the Moose Night of Celebration on Sunday evening, July 4. All scooters must be returned to the Duke Energy Center.
