‘The Power of One’ Program Proves to
Be a Powerful Moose Legion Renewal Tool

> We are just five months into using our new Moose Legion membership retention program, “The Power of One”, but it is already paying major dividends to our Moose Legions and our Order as a whole. The number of good-standing Moose Legionnaires in the fraternity is on the rise. In one month, we increased our ranks by nearly 1,700 Moose Legionnaires! Some of that increase is due to enrollment of new and former members, but the majority is a result of getting “expired” members to pay their Moose Legion dues and collecting reinstatements from “dropped” members.

The program is showing signs of working. It is important now for our Moose Legions to properly recognize and reward those members who are going the extra mile to retain Moose Legionnaires in their respective units. Utilize the pins and accompanying chevrons to say “thank you” to those working the program. It is to your Moose Legion’s benefit to encourage your members to actively pursue delinquent dues and reinstatements. Bring your Moose Legion members in arrears back into good standing. It’s just another example of how we “do some good thing for someone each day.”
