A Special Shining Star for our Webmaster
> Right before presenting the final International Shining Star, for “Moose of the Year,” on the Convention’s final morning, Director General Donald Ross read a resolution of appreciation from the Supreme Council—and presented a special 21st Shining Star, to Moose International Webmaster Steven Speaks. Speaks, Administrator of Gahanna, OH Lodge 2463, has since July 2002 operated the fraternity’s six Websites on a completely volunteer basis—providing professional-level services that have saved the Moose, conservatively, more than $200,000.
