Job Responsibilities:
Promotes membership growth, and increasing the assets of member Lodges of the Loyal Order of Moose. Performs routine visits and, when necessary, detailed examinations of Moose Lodge Operations, potentially throughout North America. Inspects Lodge books and records to ensure proper recordkeeping in support of financial, fraternal and organizational goals and requirements. Examines tax records to assess compliance with required filings and payments. Verifies Lodge participation in mandated insurance programs. Evaluates the level of Lodge participation in Fraternal Programs. Provides recommendations to assist Lodges in maximizing profitability and implementing programs consistent with the objectives, laws and policies of the fraternity. Performs other duties as assigned. Reports to the Director of Lodge Operations
Requirements:
Willing to travel-occasionally requires a week or more away from home, routine visitations typically occur during several evenings each week and on weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong listening and observation skills
Knowledge of Loyal Order of Moose laws, policies and procedures
Basic computer and Internet skills with knowledge of Windows XP, word processing and spreadsheet software - MSOffice Suite proficiency is preferred
Comprehensive understanding of QuickBooks Pro accounting software
Must learn proprietary Moose Membership Management software
Valid driver's license and good driving record. Reliable transportation - use of personal car
Desirable:
Business Management experience - preferably in Food & Beverage Operations
Prior teaching and/or training experience

Information Systems SQL Server Database Administrator
GENERAL SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Application Development the Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of all the database environments for Moose International and related companies. Responsible for the usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance, and administration of all company databases.
Essential Job Functions:
Implementation and support of Microsoft SQL Server Database Systems to support clients' applications.
Works closely with application developers to design and implement SQL Server databases, associated support tools and processes in support of business application development requirements and processes.
Tune, maintain and monitor Microsoft SQL Server databases, products and services.
Performs problem resolution and cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques.
Assist application-developers in troubleshooting Microsoft .NET applications issues.
Ability to understand and support vendor software systems including troubleshooting issues that arise.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 databases.
Experience with installing and configuring new Microsoft SQL Server releases, management of database tables - sizing, expansion, and protection.
Extensive knowledge of T-SQL, views, functions, indexes, triggers, jobs and database permissions and security.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server database performance analysis and tuning skills including tracing and profiling.
Experience producing logical and physical data models in partnership with the application developers.
Exhibits strong teamwork and individual drive - highly motivated, articulate and eager to learn.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects and maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
Ability to learn/adapt quickly to a changing environment. Ability to manage change.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with development of Microsoft .NET server-based software applications.
Experience with Microsoft Access 2000/2003 database design and use.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Express edition 2005/2008.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Network Operations, the PC Support Specialist is responsible for trouble shooting, maintaining and setting up personal computers, related peripheral equipment, and PC software for Moose International, Mooseheart, and Moosehaven
essential job functions:
Resolve problem calls within Moose International, Mooseheart and Moosehaven campus relating to PC hardware, peripheral computer equipment and software problems.
Set up the PCs and related peripheral equipment, run diagnostics, load software and software upgrades
Input and maintain the PC inventory system. This includes but is not limited to entering model and serial numbers of all PC equipment that is installed or replaced.
Develop documentation, analysis, create testing and modification of computer
Develop procedures/protocols within the Information Systems Department
Remote User Support
Other duties as assigned as part of the Information Systems Team.
Requirements:
Bachelors /Associates Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
1-3 years experience in setting up and supporting Microsoft Operating Systems.
MS Office experience is required.
Attention to detail, and a strong ability to relate to customers are required, as is the ability to be a team player.
